exchange 2010 – find and replace text not working

I am trying to move the “test” text from the image. Im not sure if the script only works in sp2010. This is running in 2007.
@echo off
for /f %%a in (‘DIR /b /s /ad’) do (
for /f “delims= eol=; tokens=1,2 delims= eol=/ ” %%B in (“%%a”) do (
ren “%%a” “%%~dpaa%%~nxa”
echo\%%B
))

Please help. I have spent hours on this.

A:

Try this:
@echo off
setlocal
for /f %%a in (‘DIR /b /s /ad’) do (
for /f “delims= eol=; tokens=1,2 delims= eol=/ ” %%B in (“%%a”) do (
ren “%%a” “%%~dpaa%%~nxa”
echo\%%B
))

(As @dicp said, this is going to break if the destination exists already.)
Or this:
@echo off
for /f %%a in (‘DIR /b /s /ad’) do (
for /f “delims= eol=; tokens=1,2 delims= eol=/ ” %%B in (“%%a”) do (
set “d_name=%%a”
if not exist “%%d_name%” del /f /q /y “%%d_name%”
ren “%%a” “%%~dpaa%%~nxa”
echo\%%B

You can answer with more links or some of the list:

As I understand it, it is due to a DOS batch file loading the wrong encoding. For instance, the file zenith.bat is included with a UTF-8 file in the game’s installation and contains this line:
@REM set DUMP_FOLDER=D:\games\2012\saxofon-jimmy\dump

Whereas I have found the correct DOS encoding to be ISO 8859-1, possibly confusingly also encoded in UTF-8.
I have removed the DOS encoding and retested the game, and it works as expected now.

Diesel locomotives in the United States

From the beginning of the 20th century until the end of the 1950s, almost all steam locomotives in the United States were built to the American Type 1 wheel arrangement of 4-6-2 and 2-6-2 wheel arrangement. The last steam locomotives built in the US were a class of 25 small Southern Pacific engines with a 2-6-6 wheel arrangement. The last operating steam engines in the US were retired in the late 1960s.

The Great Western Railway of England operated a number of 2-6-4 and 2-6-2T engines in the US. In the 1910s and 20s, the Central Railroad of New Jersey operated 38 Baldwin 2-8-2 class and American 2-8-2 and 2-10-2 engines on the Central Main Line of New Jersey. In the 1920s, the Pennsylvania Railroad operated 2-8-2 and 2-10-2 class engines on the mainline from New York to Altoona. In 1939, the Central Pacific Railroad obtained 44 ex-Chicago and North Western 2-8-2 class engines from Chicago and North Western and eleven more in 1944 from Shinkansen. In 1966, the Chicago and North Western rebuilt the former Chicago and North Western 2-8-2 class into the 2-8-2 and 2-10-2 class engines. The CB&Q operated Baldwin 2-8-2 and American 2-8-2 and 2-10-2 class engines from 1882 to
