Macros are features that take the place of some or all of the function keys of a keyboard. With the increasing mobility of the modern workforce, these features have found a more permanent place in offices. But not all users are familiar with how macros work and how they can improve their productivity, so here are some facts about them to help you understand what they are and how they can benefit you.
1. How Macros Work:
They are written in your computer’s memory. This memory can be accessed by your processor when you run a macro. When you press a key while your macro is running, your macro passes the contents of that key to the processor.
2. How to Create a Macro:
Start by choosing a name for your macro and designating whether the macro should loop or repeat. Click “Create” to begin.
3. How to Use a Macro:
Now you have your macro designed, it is time to actually use it. Run the macro by pressing “Execute” and press the key you want to use. You can then use the contents of the key in your macro.
4. How to Avoid Macro Mistakes:
Before you start writing your own macros, make sure you check the following:
– Make sure that you have already created a macro of that name
– That the macro is visible for all users in your computer (if you don’t want anyone else to be able to use your macro, choose security options before you press “Create”)
– That your macro does not use keys that you already use for anything else. For example, typing “%” will not help anyone if you use that key for anything else, such as to start your computer.

Back in the early days, you used to need a lot of horsepower to run a high-end home theatre PC. This meant the PC needed to have a very powerful processor, and typically this meant a dual-core CPU.
While dual-core is still great for power and performance, in recent years the performance gap between single-core and multi-core has closed significantly. Not only that, but in the past, the CPU manufacturers didn’t focus much on the quad-core CPU market. That is, until now.
The Intel Core i7 processor.
I mention this because recently a new processor has been announced by Intel: the quad-core Core i7. This processor has four-cores, and is the d82f892c90
